Hey yall!
I am in the Area of Louetta now. I love it, the people here are incredible! and my new comp. Sister Reese is incredible as well! She is from Orem Utah:)
The rain here has been super duper crazy! actually the weather has been crazy... but nothing will stop the work of the Lord.
Today we had Zone conference and it was announced that our mission is now a Ipad using mission as well as a Facebook using mission. So if you see me get on facebook in the next couple of months.. that is why:)
I learned a lot today about the internet. The Lord has promised that the Gospel will be taken to every nation and every tongue. This is how, the adversary is using the internet for evil, but God created it for righteous purposes, and it is our responsibility to fight against Satan in this aspect as well. Use the Internet for good, today we were told the statistic that 89% 18-24 years old have actively sought out Pornography. Satan is real, and he has his hands in technology, and there certainly is a "dark side" to the internet. But we are members of Gods Church, and as part of his army it is our job to defend righteousness. I hope we can all post good uplifting things from the internet. We are stronger than the adversary and we will beat him in this battle. They also talked about how the greatest SafeGaurd or Filter to internet is ourselves. The Spirit will guide us to know what is wrong.
I love you all! and I invite you to join me in the battle against abusing the tool of technology that God has given us. Have a great week!

Newsletter Week 29
This week was awesome! :) for multiple reasons, first off I got to talk to my amazing family, and they all committed to read the Book of Mormon by Christmas!! :) So that will be great:) I am super excited.
And we also had the Baptism of amazing Lois!! It all went perfectly! We felt so blessed to be apart of her conversion, she was so prepared for this gospel! I am so excited for her and her future! She is going to be such a strong member in the church and influence so many lives:) I love her so much.
We also met with a Part-member family this week and started teaching the Husband, he has taken the lessons many times before, but it has been a while and this time he promised he will really put his heart in it and search for an answer. The spirit in the lesson was SOOO strong. At the end of the lesson he offered the closing prayer. We all kneeled and he sincerely asked his Father for an answer and to guide him in this. This was the first prayer his wife has ever heard him say out loud! I am so excited for him.

The sad news for this week is B our investigator from Prairie View College went home for the summer, we went and said good-bye to her early friday morning. But her heart is in the right place, she is so prepared for this Gospel, I have no doubt that she will join God's Kingdom here on earth.
Well Love you all! Thank you so much for all of your love and support, I hope you all had a wonderful mothers day! I know I did:)

Newsletter Week 28
Hey everyone!
So this week was super awesome! :)
Our investigator Lois is getting Baptized on Saturday! :) She is such an amazing person. It is incredible to see how the Lord has prepared her for this Gospel. She used to smoke three packs of cigarettes a day! but three years ago she decided to quit. And just a few months ago she decided to stop drinking Coffee. I have never met someone who has been so prepared for this gospel! I feel so blessed to be able to work with her! :) She is an angel:)
Also, this week our car got a flat tire, and we got to change the tire!! Sis. Clement and I felt so cool! :) and then the people at the tire shop fixed it for free:) So that was a plus too:) I love the people of Texas:) they are so stinking nice.
This week I caught a lil stomach flu.. and the members we live with are seriously the nicest people in the world! They brought me chicken noodle soup, sprite, Gatorade, and essential oil thingies. And I don't know how but pretty soon it felt like the whole ward knew and were calling to see if they could help in any way... needless to say I seriously live in the nicest ward in the world!! They were all so kind to me! So don't worry Mom:) I am in good hands:) I love the people here:)
Well I know the church is true and I am so grateful for this Gospel and the Members:) Thank you all for all that you do:) I hope you have a great week! ;)
